The electric vehicle charging points are now live. They have been installed in the visitors spaces in the area between Roman Way and Reade Close. For now, one double charging point is available however a further two double charging points are ready to be made “live” in the future, if there is a demand for it.
Please ensure the following:
a) You only use the 2 parking spaces where the live installation is if you have an electric car and it needs charging. The other 4 visitors spaces will still be free for your visitors to use.
b) When charging your car, once it has been charged you then move it to your allocated parking space so it is free for other residents to use for charging their car.
There is an information sheet from EV Chargers which we hope will be of assistance however, if you do have any queries, please contact EV Chargers direct.
If you are a freehold property and wish to have your own charging point installed on your property, can we please remind you that you do need to apply to the CIC for permission, as other residents have done previously.
