The two main committees are the Hanham Hall Residents Group (HHRG) and the Community Interest Company (CIC).
The HHRG meets once a month and is your chance to meet fellow residents. You will hear about (and if you like can get involved in) events that are being planned. There will be a chance to raise things that may be of interest to or affect those of us living at Hanham Hall. It is run by officers and a committee elected from residents at Hanham Hall.
The CIC is the management committee which meets regularly to discuss the general running of the development including the communal areas and facilities, budgets and service charges, as well as applications to add something to or alter a property. It consists of resident directors, Sovereign Housing and the managing agents (Pinnacle).
