You will be asked to complete a booking form which includes terms and conditions.

If the booking is for a community event (one that is open to and for the benefit of all residents in the Hanham Hall development) then there is no charge.

If the booking is made by a resident for a private event, there is also no charge but the resident will be liable for any damage.

The event must close at 11.00pm to avoid disturbance to residents that live nearby. A maximum of up to 20 people will be allowed in the room at any one time. The room must be returned to the condition it was in before the event: if this fails to happen Lancer Scott will employ a cleaner and add this cost to the bill.

You may be asked to comply with additional COVID-19 requirements. These will be outlined at booking.
