Sunday 6th June

10-11am

Free for Hanham Hall Residents

Are you looking to become more active? Improve your overall fitness, but don’t want to join a gym? We have a lovely facility on the Hanham Hall estate which many of us walk passed sometimes daily when walking our dogs or walking to the Cycle path. But do we know what to do on the Trim Trail equipment? The wooden stumps, benches, metal arches and stepping stones can all be used as fitness equipment and its totally free. Outdoor exercise is even more appealing these days for us all, but if you don’t want to just go for a walk or are not keen on jogging and don’t have a bike what else can you do outside.

Join Kirsty Brown on Sunday 5th June to learn how to use the Hanham Hall Trim Trail safely and effectively for FREE. Everyone is welcome to join in. Children over the age of 11 yrs can come with their parents. Please come in sports kit and wear trainers so you can have a go! Attendance is at your own risk.

PLACES ARE LIMITED SO PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PLACE!
